3. Then, we create and execute the appropriate plan for approaching the right institutions and presenting the appropriate plan for collaboration. Keep in mind the ‘right’ approach varies by institution type, region, and available partners.
4. Finally, we maintain the appropriate follow-up necessary to make the established collaboration produce meaningful results for your objectives.
